01 · Pre-order protocol

All units sold before launch are pre-orders. Completing checkout confirms you understand goods ship on 1/1/27 and are not ready for immediate dispatch.

02 · Pre-order discount

The price at checkout is the pre-order discount shown on the product. You pay that amount in full now.

03 · Ship window

Units begin shipping on 1/1/27 (or the next business day if that date is a non-dispatch day). Production or carrier delays may shift delivery slightly; we will notify the order email if the ship date moves.

04 · Non-refundable

Pre-orders are not refundable. The amount paid at checkout is final. No cancellations for change of mind, fit preference, or delayed personal use. If icenfire cannot manufacture or ship your unit, we will refund amounts paid for that unit in full. Nothing here limits rights you keep under mandatory consumer law for defective goods.

05 · Pricing & stock

The price shown at checkout applies to that order unless a clear pricing error occurs. Pre-order capacity is limited. If a unit cannot be fulfilled, we cancel that line and refund amounts paid for it.

06 · Shipping & duties

Domestic India shipping is free at dispatch unless stated otherwise at checkout. International orders may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage at destination — those are the receiver’s responsibility.

07 · Product & care

Color, hand-feel, and fit can vary slightly from screen representation due to dye lots and device display. Follow care instructions on the product page. Damage from improper wash, heat, or alteration is not covered.

08 · Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, icenfire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from delayed shipment, carrier failure, or use of the products beyond their intended apparel purpose.
